LOST ANIMALS

Lost animals that have been found roaming free and were brought to the Humane Society of Ventura County are only held for a few days. If not claimed within a few days, by law, they must be transferred to the Ventura County Department of Animal Regulation facility in Camarillo. If you have lost an animal it is important that you call the Humane Society at 805-646-6505 or 805-656-5031 as soon as possible. If your pet is not at our shelter, contact Ventura County Animal Regulation at 388-4341 and the Humane Society to file lost reports with both agencies.

IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR PET, CALL THE HUMANE SOCIETY AND ANIMAL REGULATION IMMEDIATELY!
