Our Cat Haven Cat Room offers a cage-free living environment for our cats awaiting adoption. In place of the cages, cats now have rugs, pillows, bean bag chairs, climbing poles and kitty condos on which to lounge away the day.
Ojai artist Iris Williams has painted a mural on the wall to brighten things up and the cats now have access to an outside play area as well.

We encourage everyone to come by and visit Cat Haven. Both you and the cats will be glad you did.

 The Humane Society of Ventura County is a private, non-profit organization. We receive no monetary support from the city, state or federal government or national animal welfare organizations such as the Humane Society of The United States. The Humane Society of Ventura County, at 402 Bryant St. in Ojai, is open for adoptions Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
